ORDER PROCESSING
All orders placed on our website are usually processed within 1-2 working days and will be shipped from Zürich, Switzerland. In case of (temporary) changes to the processing time we will inform you timely on our website as well as on our social media channels.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do our best to select unique, quality items for you, and we hope you like them as much as we do. However, we're always looking to improve. In case you were not happy with the item(s) you received, we ask to contact us, providing us with a short feedback why you were not satisfied with your order. Please notify us immediately if you receive any item which is defective, damaged or did not correspond the item you ordered.

You can return your full order or a part of it within 14 days after receiving your parcel.
We can either exchange items, or take them back and give you a store voucher to shop something else on eeden.ch (shipping costs are not refundable).

Please keep in mind that we can only take back unworn items in original packaging, because of hygienic reasons. Therefore we keep the right to refuse returns based on this reason.
